Relaxing, Rejuvenating Bath Soak


Epsom salt is a natural exfoliant and an anti-inflammation remedy that can be used to treat dry skin, sore muscles, small wounds, and even fight illness. It can also be added to any bath or foot soak to create a luxurious at-home Spa!

Bath Soak:

Add 2 cups of Epsom salt to a bathtub full of hot water and soak for at least 15 minutes. Treat yourself to a soak at least 3 times a week to help you feel rejuvenated and to keep your skin hydrated and healthy!!!
